According to multiple sources, including the man himself, Jim Harbaugh has apparently offered Colin Kaepernick a job on his coaching staff.

The former 49ers QB, who played for Harbaugh in San Francisco, has said repeatedly he is ready to make his return to the NFL.

Although his playing days might be over at the age of 37 (Kaepernick last took a snap in the league over 8 years ago), this could be his chance to at least be involved with the game he has loved and played for so long.

Harbaugh says Kaepernick is still considering the deal and was out of the country when the offer was extended.
