I told you last week not to panic as a Raiders fan. I know the Ravens are now 0-2, but Lamar Jackson and the Ravens are still AFC contenders. Huge win for the Raiders last Sunday.

As long as Gardner Minshew can continue to be serviceable and manage the turnover battle, this Darth Raiders defense will keep the Raiders in most games. Maxx Crosby was a monster from start to finish. Work is still needed on the offensive line, though.

The Raiders take on the failing Carolina Panthers today. 2023 1st overall pick, Bryce Young, has been bench in favor of Andy Dalton. I don’t think the QB is the problem, that Carolina team is just a dumpster fire. But if anyone can make a little magic, it’s Andy Dalton. Hopefully the Raiders take this week serious. We could see a huge improvement from the run game in this one, from usage alone. If the Raiders can get out to an early lead, we could see a lot of ground work in this one.

It was announced this week that Malcolm Koonce will be out for the year. Tyreek Wilson will get his chance ton shine starting today, he’s back healthy for this one. We’ll also get to see Jackson Powers-Johnson get his first NFL action this week as he’ll also be active, per Antonio Pierce.
